Bignor Hill

One of the most elevated view points on the South Downs, offering sweeping panoramic views. A rare chalk heathland habitat with wild thyme, mint, orchids, and rampion in the summer.
Walks include the Bignor Hill Circular, Bignor Down & Roman Villa loop and South Downs Way ridge. Access via the Bignor Hill car park.
Stane Street, the Roman road from London to Chichester, runs directly across the hill.
